How do I create my first tasting event?

Creating your first tasting is easy! Register for a free account, click "Create New Tasting" from your dashboard, add your beverages (beer, wine, whisky, etc.), configure your rating criteria, and share the unique join code with participants. Everyone can join using just the code - no registration required for participants.

How many people can join a tasting?

There's no limit on participants! Whether you're hosting an intimate tasting with friends or a large corporate event, Taste.Party scales to accommodate any group size. All participants can rate simultaneously with real-time updates, making it perfect for both small gatherings and large-scale events.

Can I customize the rating criteria?

Absolutely! You can create custom rating categories that match your tasting style. For beer, you might rate Aroma, Appearance, Taste, and Overall. For wine, perhaps Nose, Palate, Finish, and Value. You can even add food pairing ratings or create completely custom criteria for your specific event needs.

Do participants need to create accounts?

No! Only the host needs an account. Participants simply enter the unique join code you provide and can immediately start rating. They'll enter their name and can participate fully without any registration process. This makes it incredibly easy to get everyone involved quickly.

Can I see results in real-time?

Yes! As participants submit their ratings, you'll see live updates of averages, rankings, and individual scores.
